I was introduced to the world of showing purebred dogs by my grandmother who bred and showed St. Bernards.  My first show dog was an English Springer Spaniel named Rosi (Am. Can. Ch. Phylwayne's Rusti Rose, C.D.) who also became my first show champion, first C.D. title and Jr. Handling partner.  Rosi continued to give me more firsts - my first springer litter sired by Am. Can. Ch. Kimet's Kristopher Robin which produced my first breeder/owner/handled champion and first sporting group winner, Ch. Wynrob's Crazy Chuckanut.

Over the years I have also bred and showed multiple group winning American Foxhounds.  I then looked to switch to an active smaller breed which resulted in adding comical little Affenpinschers to the family.

I enjoy being an AKC judge for English Springer Spaniels and Jr. Showmanship along with being an active member of my breed clubs.
